Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase a contact reliability and to easily attain the data writing to a ROM by directly sticking the ROM to a memory substrate different from muP, connecting the same type of the substrate as the memory substrate to a ROM writer as a repeating substrate and executing the data writing to the ROM. CONSTITUTION:A microprocessor (muP) substrate 2 and a memory substrate 1 are always electrically connected and operated, and at the time of the data writing of a programmable reading exclusive-use memory (ROM)3, the muP substrate 2 and the memory substrate 1 are separated, the memory substrate 1 and a repeating substrate 11 are electrically connected, the repeating substrate 11 and a memory writing device 10 are electrically connected and writing is executed to the ROM3. By using the repeating substrate 11 having the same type of the wiring pattern as such a memory substrate 1, the connection of a cable 12 at the time of connection with a ROM writer 10 can be easily performed. Thus, the contact reliability is increased and the data writing to the ROM can be easily executed.

Next, the data rewriting operation of the ROM configured as above will be explained. Normally, connect as shown in Figure 1, μ
P (41 is operating ROM +31. m1 When changing the data of ROM +31 in the state shown in the figure,
Remove the cable (7) from the connector (61) and remove the memory board Ill from the μP board 12. ROM +3
After performing ultraviolet ray erasure in step 1, connections are made as shown in FIG. That is, connect the cable (71) to the connector +lil on the relay board υ, and insert the cable 1121 connected to the relay board tJllK into the connector C socket (10al) on the ROM writer 1101.The memory board Il+ and the relay board +1υ are the same. Since it is a printed circuit board with a wiring pattern, ROM +31, cable 1, and relay board 1 for +21 are used.
.. Each bin number of 1D11111 corresponds to 1:1, and as a result, ROM 131 and cable (1 ROM writer)
On the 10) side, there is a one-to-one correspondence between the pins of IIIJ and C socket (10al).As a result, exactly the same effect as when ROM +31 is directly inserted into C socket +10a is produced. ROM writer 1101 K therefore RO
After writing the data to M131, mount the memory board II+ again as shown in Fig.
Operate 1.

In addition, the above is true! In the M example, is it one end of the cable Shino? Relay board d
Although it is mounted on the same type of through hole as the ROM 131 on υ, there is no need for any cable, and it is convenient to mount connector 04 as shown in FIG. In this case as well, the same effect as in the above embodiment can be obtained by inserting it into the Funecta OS 10al.
