本発明は耐候性、耐食性を強化した金属板に係るもので
ある。さらに詳しくは、特に外壁材、屋根材等に用いら

樹脂系塗料、アルキド樹脂系、エポキシ樹脂系塗料等で
化粧面に塗膜を形成したものがほとんどであるが、これ
らは通常紫外線等により、時間を経るにつれて退色、塗
膜の劣化およびヒビ割れ、剥離が起こり、錆の発生を伴
うものであった。このため、耐候性の良いフッ素樹脂系
塗料を用いた金属板も上市されている。しかしながら、
フッ素樹脂系塗料は高価であり、またこの塗料を用いた
金属板では色ムラを無くずため、通常のカラー鋼板と同
程度の厚さの塗膜を形成しており、付加価値に比しても
高価となる不利があった。しかもフッ素樹脂系塗料は、
これに用いられる顔料(着色剤)に制限があり、任意色

以下に図面を用いて本発明に係る金属板について詳細に
説明する。第1図は上記金属板Aの断面拡大説明図であ
り、1はカラー鋼板、2はフッ素樹脂被膜層である。す
なわち、カラー鋼板1は溶融亜鉛メツキ鋼板、合金化溶
融亜鉛メツキ鋼板、電気亜鉛メツキ鋼板、溶融亜鉛・ア
ルミニラ1、合金メツキ鋼板等の亜鉛メツキ鋼板、アル
ミニウムメツキ鋼板、鉛、錫合金メツキ鋼板、錫メツキ
鋼板、電解クロム酸処理鋼板、ステンレス鋼板、アルミ
ニウム合金板、亜鉛合金板、チタン板等を原板とし、両
面にプライマー処理を施し、少なくとも化粧面に塗膜1
aを有するものである。この塗膜1aはアルキド樹脂系
塗料、メラミンアルキド樹脂系塗料、アクリル樹脂系塗
料、ポリウレタン樹脂系塗料、エポキシ系塗料、ポリエ
ステル樹脂系塗料、クールエポキシ樹脂系塗料等の素材
を焼付、常温乾燥、粉体塗装することによって形成した
ものである。この塗膜1aはフッ素樹脂被膜層2と相俟
て金属板Aに耐候性、耐食性を付与すると共に、金属板
Aのベースカラーとなるものである。このため、フッ素
樹脂被膜層2と同色の場合は金属板Aの色ムラを排去し
、また、フッ素樹脂被膜層2が透明の場合は塗膜1aの
色彩をそのまま金属板への色とし、あるいはフッ素樹脂
被膜層2と異なる場合は、塗膜1aの色を浮き出たせだ
色彩とすることができる。なお、カラー鋼板1は平板、
エンボス加工板のどちらでもよいものである。フッ素樹
脂被膜層2ばフッ素樹脂系塗料、例えばフッ素樹脂とア
クリル系樹脂の混合体、ポリエチレン樹脂とフッ素樹脂
の共重合体、およびポリエチレン樹脂とフッ素樹脂の共
重合体にアクリル樹脂を混合したもの等からなり、有色
、あるいは無色のフッ素樹脂系塗料から形成したもので
ある。さらに説明すると、フッ素樹脂被膜層2は、金属
板Aの耐候性、耐食性を向上し、錆の発生を阻止し、長
期間の使用を可能とするだめのものである。ごのフッ素
樹脂被膜層2の膜厚は任意であるが、例えば5μのよう
に薄膜としても、塗膜1aの色彩がベースとなるため、
色ムラもなく、かつ、酬候性、面]食性を強化すること
ができる。なお、フッ素樹脂被膜層2は、金属板Aに第
2図に示すようにエンボス模様3を設ける場合、カラー
鋼板1をエンボス加工した後に形成したり、あるいは、
フッ素樹脂被膜層2を形成した後にエンボス加工を行う
ことができるが、前者の方がエンボス加工によって塗膜
1aにクラックが発生した際に、このクラック部分をも

ミドフオーム等の合成樹脂発泡体、もしくは、これら合
成樹脂発泡体に難燃剤、難燃助剤、骨材、補強繊維を混
入したもの、あるいは石膏ボード、ロックウールボード
、グラスウールボード等であり、芯材6の自己接着性、
あるいば接着剤によって一体化するものである。また第
5図(a)〜(m)は屋根材として用いた例を示してい
る。もちろん、第3図(a)〜(1)〜第5図(a)〜
