The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a metal plate that completely repairs damage to the coating that occurs when embossing is applied to a metal plate coated with a protective coating that has weather and corrosion resistance, and that further enhances weather resistance. . For example, metal sheets such as cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum sheets may be coated with one coat of paint on the coil or sheet, or first coated with a corrosion-resistant primer and then topcoated. By applying the paint, two coats of paint are applied, and after that, these coatings are baked in a short time at high temperature on a metal plate, or metal plating is applied to a metal base, and a chemical conversion treatment film of a phosphate film is applied on top of that. Metal plates are often used as building materials, either by forming a single layer such as metal plating, or by forming two layers such as a metal plating layer and a chemical conversion coating, or by adding a surface treatment such as a primer coating thereon. Currently, in order to improve the coldness of a metal plate, the simplicity of its surface, etc., a pattern of convexes and convexities is formed on a metal plate by embossing. However, embossing has the disadvantage that invisible cracks occur in the protective coating, the so-called paint film, because an uneven pattern is formed by the severe engagement between rollers.
Therefore, there are a considerable number of cracks in the paint film on the surface of the embossed metal plate, and rust occurs from these cracks, which is one of the reasons why the weather resistance and corrosion resistance of the metal plate are greatly reduced. . The present invention proposes a method for manufacturing highly weather-resistant embossed metal plates that completely repairs such destruction of the protective film caused by embossing and further improves weather resistance and corrosion resistance. . EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION Below, one Example of the manufacturing method of the highly weather-resistant embossed metal plate based on this invention is described in detail using drawings. That is, FIG. 1 is an enlarged vertical cross-sectional view of a part of a metal plate formed by the method according to the present invention, and 1 is a highly weather resistant embossed metal plate (hereinafter simply referred to as an embossed plate). ), 2 is a metal plate, 3 is a protective coating, 4 is an irregular pattern formed by embossing, for example, as shown in Fig. 2, and 5 is a coating film made of, for example, alkyd resin or oil-free polyester. Paints whose main component is a type of resin selected from the group of resins, epoxy resins, acrylic resins, vinyl chloride resins, etc., and their modified resins, or pigments added to this resin liquid in a volume concentration of about 1% or less It is made of a paint whose main component is resin, and is formed so that the uneven patterns 4 on the four sides are completely buried. Next, the manufacturing method according to the present invention will be explained in detail. First, a protective coating 3, for example, a commercially available metal plate 2 having a dry thickness of 20 microns, is coated with a male and female uneven pattern on the outer peripheral surface. , through the engagement of the lower roller (not shown) to a depth of 0.1 to 1 mm.
(0.7 mm in Example 1), a concavo-convex pattern 4 having a pattern as shown in FIG. 2, for example, is formed.
Next, a paint (polyester resin containing pigment) is applied to this uneven pattern 4 using a flow coater, a roll coater, or a spray gun. In addition, the amount of paint applied at this time is 4
This is the amount that will be buried. Next, this metal plate 2 is 200
The paint is sent to a baking furnace (not shown) at ~300°C, and the paint is baked to make the uneven pattern 4 a flat surface with the paint film 5. After that, it is taken out and cooled to form the first layer.
The end face of the metal plate 1 as shown in the figure is completed. Therefore, in order to compare the corrosion resistance, JIS-
A salt spray test was conducted according to Z-2371. The results are shown in the table below.

ため、大幅に改善された特徴がある。[Table] In (a), the surface of the metal plate immediately after embossing is the same as the plate as-is, but due to the formation of coating film 5, the surface becomes similar to that before the test. It is something. Note that commercially available colored steel plates were used as all metal plates for the test piece. As described above, according to the method for manufacturing a highly weather-resistant embossed metal plate according to the present invention, even if the protective film of the metal plate is destroyed or damaged by embossing, the coating film can eliminate the unevenness. Since the pattern and the protective coating surface are completely and reliably covered, it has the characteristic of preventing the formation of rust (white rust, red rust) on the embossed metal plate itself. In addition, the weather resistance and corrosion resistance of the embossed metal plate are greatly improved because the uneven patterned surface is coated with a coating film.
