80重量%位であり、後はアクリル樹脂、その他の成分を

脂を主成分とするフッ素塗膜を形成したため、上塗りと
中塗り塗膜の密着性がよく、耐候性、耐食性にすぐれた
特徴がある。また、上塗り塗膜におけるフッ素含有量が
従前より少ないため色差、光沢残存率(GR)がすぐれて
いる特徴がある。さらに、着色金属板に対して本発明で
用いる前記上塗り塗料を塗布することがフッ素成分が少
なく、アクリル樹脂分等が多いため極めて容易であり、
コストダウン、作業性の改善が図れる特徴がある。
