以下に、図面を用いて本考案に係る高耐候性金属化粧板
(以下、単に化粧板という)の一実施例について詳細に
説明する。第1図は上記化粧板の断面の一部を示す説明
図であり、1は化粧板で基材2の表面に接着剤3を介し
てフッソ樹脂フィルム4よりなる凸模様を設けると共
に、固着し、この凸模様を含む全化粧面5にフッソ塗料
からなるフッソ樹脂塗膜6で被覆した構成である。さら
に説明すると、基材2はステンレス板、アルミニウム
板、亜鉛鉄板、カラー鋼板、チタン板等の平板、エンボ
ス加工板等の1種からなるものであり、好ましくはカラ
ー鋼板がコスト、耐候性を総合すると望ましく、例えば
その断面を例示すると第2図に示す構成となる。すなわ

位である。前記フッソ樹脂塗膜6は例えばアクリル樹

なお、フッソ樹脂としては、略称で、PTFE、FEP、PFA、
EPE、PCTFE、PVDF、ETFE、PVF等をビヒクルの約10〜50
%位を含有するものである。具体的な一例を示せば、
フルオロオレフィン−ビニル系モノマー共重合体80〜40
重量部と炭素数2〜5で分子量が15,000〜40,000のアル
キル(メタ)アクリレートを85%以上を含むアクリル樹
脂を20〜60重量部、顔料、及び硬化剤を配合した組成の
塗料、アクリル変性フッ化ビニリデン樹脂を主成分と
し、これに紫外線吸収剤を添加した塗料等であって、塗
布時の粘度は30〜500CPS位である。
