[Detailed description of the invention] a. Field of industrial application The present invention relates to the structure of three-dimensional textiles, and particularly relates to a knotting device for three-dimensional textiles that can easily and firmly produce three-dimensional textiles such as FRP with a large space. .

b. Conventional technology The Agency of Industrial Science and Technology has been developing excellent three-dimensional textiles for over ten years, and its achievements have been announced as numerous industrial property rights, with the culmination being Patent Application No. 47-58355 (Special Publication No. 54-38673). Due to its excellent performance, various industries are currently putting effort into its use and development.

c Problems to be solved by the invention However, this three-dimensional fabric has a complex structure, and in order to actually make it into a fabric, it requires not only advanced technology but also a huge number of looms, making it difficult to fabricate ingeniously. However, it has the drawback of being expensive.

In particular, only flexible threads can be used as materials, and rigid threads such as glass fibers cannot be used. Therefore, they are not suitable for structures such as a smaller version of the Young Gym, which has a large space, and are therefore used as contact materials for wastewater treatment. FRP, in which the contact points of the threads are hardened with synthetic resin such as polyester, has been used for filling materials (such as Raschig rings) in cooling towers or gas absorption towers, but it is not strong enough and cannot be stacked high. Also, there are drawbacks such as frequent breakage, and improvements to these problems have been strongly demanded.

d. Purpose Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a knotting device for three-dimensional textiles that can provide sufficient strength to the fiber contact points suitable for weaving coarse structures with stiff yarns such as glass fibers. .

e Means for solving the problem In the present invention, in order to strengthen the contact points of this woven fabric, the vertical threads are twisted, and the warp and weft threads are passed through the knots to create a knot and form a hard structure, and the structure of the loom is simplified. In order to do this, the twists of the vertical threads are rotated in forward and reverse directions at each node, which simplifies the structure of the loom and increases its strength.

f Effect In this invention, the warp and weft needles pass back and forth through the knots of the vertical threads and the vertical threads twist these two threads, so the knots are tied very tightly and the conventional contact points are replaced with synthetic resin. It has several times the strength compared to the long length that is glued together, and the vertical threads are double twisted, so when used as FRP, it is a hard material that is ideal as a contact material for wastewater treatment or as a filling material for cooling towers and absorption towers. It has the function of becoming a structure.

A plurality of vertical threads pass through the pipe 1 through a plurality of holes (two in this example) in the lower end side wall, and the warp threads (Y) are given a constant number of twists due to the rotation of the pipe. The needle 10 causes the yarn 11 to reciprocate, and when the pipe rotates 90 degrees to make it easier to pass through the gap, the weft (X) also reciprocates through the gap.
When the rear pipe rotates in the opposite direction, knot 6 becomes warp (Y),
When the weft yarn (X) and the vertical yarn 2 are intertwined to form a strong structure and then hardened as FRP by spraying with synthetic resin, a fabric with an unprecedentedly strong structure is created.

h Effects of the Invention The woven fabric using the knotting device of the present invention is a three-dimensional woven fabric made of a rigid material, which had a fragile structure in which the contact points were hardened with an adhesive synthetic resin. As a result of the combined strength, it has a tremendous effect of expanding the range of applications that can be used as a contact material for chemical engineering processing, as a filler material, or as a structural material such as a lightweight reinforcing material for aircraft doors. In addition, the knotting device of the present invention has a simple structure and is suitable for mass production, so that the three-dimensional textile product can be manufactured at low cost and has a great effect in contributing to the industry.
