ない絶縁抵抗の高いセラミックペーパープリプレグを製
造することができる。また空気源を使用するので防爆等
の対策が不要で、設備コストが安価になるなどの効果が

プレグ製造装置において、樹脂含浸槽の下部から上部の
液面下に連絡する循環路に設けられたフィルタおよび空
気駆動ポンプと、補給槽から樹脂含浸槽の液面下へ連絡
する樹脂補給管に設けられたリリーフバルブと、樹脂含
浸槽の液面により前記リリーフバルブを開閉するように
設けられた液面検出器とを有することを特徴とするセラ
