Description

【考案の詳細な説明】この考案は自動車用ピラーカバーの取付構造に
関するものである。[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to a mounting structure for a pillar cover for an automobile.

ピラーカバーは車体のピラーの外方に取付けて
自動車の外観を整えるものであるが、取付ネジを
ピラーカバーの外面からねじ込んで固定するよう

ネジ１３の挿通孔２ａの内方にナツト１５を溶接
しておき、これに取付ネジ１３をねじ込むのであ
るが、取付けたのちピラーカバー１４の外面に取
付ネジ１３の頭部が残つて車外から見られるの

外方からねじ込んだ取付ネジによりピラーに固定
するようになつている。この取付ネジの頭部はド
アを閉扉したとき内側に隠れて見えなくなるか
ら、外観を損うことはないが、取付ネジを設けま
たその挿通孔を穿設するなどの煩わしい構成にな

第４図〜第６図に示す実施例について説明すると

より接着剤２９の流動を阻止するようになつてい

は、従来例の構造に比して取付ネジを用いずまた

なるから、外観が向上してすつきりしたものにな
る。また部品点数が少なくなり製造費用が安くて
済む。そしてピラーに取付孔をあける必要がない
から、漏水や発錆のおそれがない。さらに取付け
がきわめて容易であるから、その工数が節減され
