Abstract

PURPOSE:To control any vibration in an inlet muffler by forming a holding part, molded in a circular form, in an almost U-shaped holder tightly attached to the outside of a hermetically sealed vessel, and fixing the inlet muffler to this supporting part by means of welding. CONSTITUTION:A joint 2c of an inlet muffler 2 is made contact, as going along it, with a circular holding part 3b, circularly forming its rectangular part installed in each tip at both end pieces of an almost U-shaped holder 3 tightly attached to the outside of a hermetically sealed vessel 1, attaching it thereto along an edge of the circular holding part by means of welding. With this constitution, welding strength is increased, while exciting force per unit length of a weld from a compressor body becomes lessened and simultaneously vibration in both primary and secondary modes is hard to occur, so that any noise being produced out of the inlet muffler 2 is thus reducible.

フラ(2)は騒音の発生源となる問題点があった。
