Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent an electromagnetic wave from being affected to the inside and outside of a house in making the whole wall surface come into a state of being energized with current at the time of forming a wall by forming conductive film in a decorative material consisting of synthetic resin forming both inner and outer walls. CONSTITUTION:A conductive film 9 is formed over a decorative surface 2 and male-female type connecting parts 3, 6 of a main body 1 consisting of synthetic resin material made of thermoplastic resin. In addition, this conductive film 9 is formed up to an inner surface of an engaging groove 4 and a surface of an inserting edge 7 and thereby, if this inserting edge 7 is inserted into the engaging groove 4, conductive films themselves formed in each decorative material A come into contact with each other, so that conductivity is given to an interval between decorative materials A. Thus, if these decorative materials A form a wall surface as wallboard for the inside and outside of a house, the whole wall functions as an electromagnetic absorbing shield layer, so that any electromagnetic trouble is preventable.

The electromagnetic shielding decorative material according to the present invention will be explained in detail below using the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an electromagnetic shielding decorative material (hereinafter simply referred to as decorative material) A according to the present invention, in which the upper part is the main body and 9 is a conductive film. To explain in more detail, the main material is a synthetic resin material made of thermoplastic resin such as vinyl resin, polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, phenol resin, polyester, polyamide, polyacetal, fluororesin, ABS resin, etc., and these raw materials are extruded. By molding, injection molding, etc., as shown in FIG. It is formed into a long gutter-like body. The conductive film 9 is formed over the decorative surface 2 on the main body and the male and female connecting portions 3.6, and as shown in FIG. By forming the conductive film 9 up to the inner surface of the insert edge 7, when the insert edge 7 is inserted into the engagement groove 4, the conductive film 9 formed on the decorative material A is removed. 9 come into contact with each other and provide conductivity between the decorative materials A. When the decorative material A is used as a wall material inside or outside the house to form a wall surface in this manner, the entire wall surface functions as an electromagnetic wave absorption/shielding layer, and electromagnetic wave interference can be prevented. To explain in more detail, the conductive 11'J 9 is a paint using conductive metal particles as a pigment, such as conductive pigments (silver powder, silver oxide, silver nitrate, organic compounds of silver, copper powder, carbon, ferrite powder). It is formed by applying, drying, baking, etc. a conductive paint made by mixing , a binder (synthetic resin such as ethyl cellulose or phenolic resin, low melting point glass powder, lead borate, lead silicate, vegetable oil, etc.), and a solvent. Alternatively, it can be formed by thermal spraying metals such as nickel, chromium, aluminum, copper, etc. Further, the plurality of nail holes 5a formed in the fixing surface 5 are for preventing damage to the main body due to fixing tools such as nails and improving workability.

What has been described above is only one embodiment of the decorative material A according to the present invention, and it can be formed as shown in FIGS. 4(a) to (C1 to 8). That is, FIG. 4(a) -(C) are other examples of the formation position of the conductive film 9 on the main body,
(a) The figure shows a decorative material A in which a conductive film 9 is formed from the protrusion 5b formed on the fixed surface 5 to the back surface of the insertion edge 7 to ensure contact between the conductive films 9. Decorative material A, in which a conductive film 9 is formed so that the upper surface of the mating groove 4 and the upper surface of the insertion edge 7 are in contact with each other when mating (Figure C1 shows the tip of the insertion edge 7 formed in a substantially U-shape). , is a decorative material A that ensures the contact of the conductive film 9 during attachment.Furthermore, FIGS. The core material 10 is mainly used to improve heat insulation, and is made of one or more materials that have secondary functions such as adhesives, noncombustible materials, cushioning materials, and soundproofing materials. Specifically, it is made of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, ALC board, etc., and is discharged with raw materials, molded, hardened, self-adhesive, or molded. When a molded body is used as the core material 10, the core material l
An adhesive (not shown) is required between O and the back material 11 on the main body. To explain further, a synthetic resin foam is mainly used as the core material 10, for example, a resin for polyurethane foam, a resin for phenol foam, a resin for polyisocyanurate foam, a polystyrene foam, a polyurea foam, a phenol foam resin around pearlite. Foam is coated and foamed by heating and pressurizing, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate, antimony trioxide, calcium carbonate, bentonite, perlite grains, shirasu balloons, asbestos, various types) are added to these foams. fibers). Although not shown, it is also possible to provide the core material 10 so as to bulge downward from the back surface of the fixing surface 5 to further improve heat insulation and fire protection. Furthermore, the back surface material U covers at least the back surface of the core material 1O to give the decorative material A a sandwich structure, thereby improving the mechanical strength of the decorative material A itself, as well as improving the mechanical strength of the decorative material A.
It serves as a heat shielding sheet, water absorbing sheet, soundproofing sheet, backing material, etc. For example, asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal plate, metal F.
fi (Al, Fe, PB, Cu), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, glass fiber nonwoven fabric, etc., or a laminate of one or more types, or waterproof treatment. , flame-retardant sheets, etc. In addition, Fig. 6 (al
~(il) and FIGS. 7(a) and (b) show other examples of decorative material A, and FIGS. 6(a) to (1)
) is a drop-in type decorative material A, in Fig. 7 (Fig. 81 shows a hook type, and (bl figure shows a modified example of a drop-in type decorative material A. Of course, in Fig. 7 (a), (bl) As shown in FIG. 6 (al to Tl), it is possible to form the decorative surface 2 by variously deforming it.
~(i), FIG. 7(a), (bl), the conductive film 9
is omitted. Further, as shown in FIG. 8, by interposing a weatherproof sheet 12 (stainless steel foil, aluminum foil, etc.) between the main body and the conductive film 9, the main body can be protected and the weather resistance can be greatly improved. Of course, the decorative material A can be obtained by combining each of the materials shown in FIGS. 4 to 8.
