Conventionally, when a wall is formed using siding boards, there has been a disadvantage that the connecting portions, so-called joint portions, lack fireproofing properties, waterproofing properties, heat insulation properties, and rust prevention. In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention forms the tip of the insertion edge into a flap-like tongue piece and coats its surface with a fire-retardant coating, thereby making the connection part fire-proof and waterproof. The present invention provides a siding board that has properties such as durability, heat insulation, and rust prevention. An embodiment of the siding board according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a typical example of the above-mentioned siding board. Reference numeral 1 indicates a square or rectangular main body with a concave cross section. Reference numeral 2 denotes a male type connecting portion, which is composed of an insertion edge 3 projecting outward from one side edge of the main body 1 , and a flap-like tongue piece 4 whose tip is bent upward or downward. Reference numeral 5 is a foamed fireproof coating film that covers the surface of the tongue piece 4 as shown in FIGS. When the insertion edge is inserted, the purpose is to suppress the gap in the connecting part, provide waterproofness, reduce damage, strengthen the heat insulation of the joint part under high heat, and suppress the generation of gaps. Examples of the above-mentioned fire-retardant coating film 5 include ammonium polyphosphate, vinyl acetate emulsion, and water-based fire-retardant paint; ammonium polyphosphate, silica powder, activated carbon, alumina, CMC, and water-based fire retardant paint; Transparent paint based on polyurethane resin and phosphoryl trianide, phenolic resin, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, methyl ethyl ketone, fire protection paint based on ammonium 4-nitroaniline-2-sulfonate, dinitrosopentatetramine and sodium polyphosphate. and fire-retardant paints whose main ingredients are alkyd polyester resin, paraform, dihydrogen phosphate, urea, fire-retardant paints whose main ingredients are starch, ammonium phosphate, dipentaerythritol, melamine, melamine-formaldehyde resin, chloroparaffin , fire-retardant paints whose main component is water. Reference numeral 6 denotes a female connecting portion, which bends the other side edge of the main body 1 inwardly and outwardly again to form a U-shaped insertion groove 7, and extends its lower edge 8 outwardly. It is formed of a protruding extension part 9, a protrusion 10 protruding halfway along the side wall 1a of the main body 1, and a flap-like tongue piece 11 bent upward at the tip of the extension part 9. Note that the protrusion 10 serves as a secondary waterproofing function and as a fulcrum for adding elasticity to the insertion edge of the adjacent siding board, and also serves as a fulcrum for adding elasticity to the insertion edge of the adjacent siding board.
This serves as a reinforcing material that prevents breakage upon contact with the backing material described later, strengthens the airtightness of the contact area, and prevents the extension portion 9 from warping or twisting. 12 is a heat insulating material that can be foamed in-situ in the concave portion of the main body 1 , or can be used to sandwich the molded body;
Or it is filled with an adhesive (not shown), such as synthetic resin foam (polyurethane foam, polyisocyanurate foam, polyurea foam, phenol foam, polystyrene foam, vinyl chloride foam, polyethylene foam, etc.). Including so-called flame-retardant and mechanically strengthened foams containing one or more of borates, silicates, perlite grains, and fibers), mineral fiberboards (sheathing insulation boards, insulating boards, etc.) rayon board, rock wool, glass wool), gypsum board, calcium silicate board, calcium carbonate board, etc. Reference numeral 13 covers the back surface of the heat insulating material 12 with a backing material, and if necessary, it is stretched so as to be bonded to the lower surface 3a of the insertion edge 3 and the lower edge 8. Examples of this material include a laminate of one or more of asphalt felt, synthetic resin sheet, asbestos paper, metal foil (Al, Cu, Fe, Pb), kraft paper, or a waterproof sheet. Things, etc. Next, an example will be explained. Now, as shown in FIG. 3, the extension part 9 of the siding board ○A as shown in FIG. Insert the insertion edge of ○ and complete the joint. Therefore, in order to construct the wall, the above-described operations may be repeated in sequence. The fireproof coating film 5 mainly contains polyurethane resin, ammonium polyphosphate, aluminum hydroxide, and dicyandiamide, and is coated onto the tongue piece 4 to a thickness of 50 microns (dry). Therefore, when we conducted a watertight test (JIS-A-6711) on the joints of this wall, we found that water leakage was observed on the back side of the previous siding board, and that water leakage was caused by capillary action through the backing material. In the time test, the back side sometimes contained a large amount of water. In contrast, no leakage was observed in the siding board according to the present invention. Further, after the connection, one joint was disassembled and observed, and as a result, no damage was found to the tongue piece 4 or the insertion groove 7. In addition, in Figure 3, phenol foam is used as a heat insulating material with a thickness of 15 mm.
When the joints of a wall made of asbestos paper laminated with aluminum as the backing material were exposed to flame at 800℃, the joints were as shown in Figure 4. Fireproof coating 5
It was blocked by foaming, and the intrusion of flame and hot air was also prevented. What has been described above is only one embodiment of the siding board according to the present invention, and the main body 1 or the heat insulating material may be formed as shown in FIGS. 5a to 5f. Note that Fig. f shows the case where the insertion groove is filled with the packing material 16. As described above, the siding board according to the present invention has the feature that the waterproofness and airtightness of the male and female connecting structures can be easily enhanced at low cost. In addition, the joints have extremely high fire-retardant and heat-insulating properties under heating.
