Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of a capillary phenomenon and improve waterproofness and airtightness by providing a level difference in a connection part formed by male and female connection structure, and forming a space in the connection part by the level difference. SOLUTION: A core material comprising a synthetic resin foaming body or the like is sandwiched between an obverse material 1 and a reverse material 2 comprising a long metal-made thin plate to compose a construction panel A. A male connection part 4 is formed on one end of the width direction of the panel A, a female connection part 5 is formed on the other end, and a level difference 7 is formed on the insertion edge 6 of the female connection part 5. As the result, a space is formed by the level difference 7 in the connection part formed by the male connection part 4 and the female connection part 5. The occurrence of a capillary phenomenon in the connection part is suppressed by this space, and rainwater or the like does not enter up to the building frame of an inside.

Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention can be used as an inner wall material, an outer wall material, a roof material, a ceiling material, a floor material, a partition material, or a fire door of a building or a building. And a building panel having excellent waterproofness. 2. Description of the Related Art In general, a large number of architectural panels in which a core material made of a synthetic resin foam is sandwiched between a thin plate-shaped front surface material and a back surface material have been invented, devised, and put on the market to enhance waterproofness. Therefore, a waterproof material such as a sealing material, a packing material, and a caulking material is formed in the connecting portion. [0003] However, the waterproofing material is deteriorated due to aging, cannot exhibit the initial performance sufficiently, further increases the cost, decreases the yield due to failure in forming, This had a negative effect such as a decrease in construction efficiency. According to the present invention, in order to eliminate such a drawback, a core material is sandwiched between a front surface material and a back surface material, and a male and female connection structure is formed at both ends in a width direction. The present invention proposes an architectural panel in which a step is formed in a connecting portion and a space is formed in the connecting portion by the step. An embodiment of a building panel according to the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. That is, as shown in FIG.
And a core material 3 made of a synthetic resin foam, for example,
It is a sandwich building panel A. FIG. 2 is a sectional view showing a construction state. As an example of the overall shape of the building panel A, as shown in FIG. 1, a surface material 1 made of a long metal thin plate is used.
The core material 3 is sandwiched between the base material 3 and the back material 2, and is formed at the male connecting portion 4 formed at one end in the width direction, the female connecting portion 5 formed at the other end, and the insertion edge 6 of the female connecting portion 5. It is formed from the step 7. In FIG. 2, α is a skeleton, β
Is a fixture, and a space 8 is formed by a step 7 in a connecting portion formed by the male connecting portion 4 and the female connecting portion 5. The front surface material 1 and the back surface material 2 are made of a thin metal plate, for example, iron, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum.
Zinc alloy plated steel plate, galvalume steel plate, enameled steel plate, clad steel plate, laminated steel plate (PVC steel plate, etc.), sandwich steel plate (damping steel plate, etc.), vinyl chloride resin, polycarbonate resin, etc. (Of course, color plates painted in various colors) Roll forming, press forming,
What is formed into various shapes by extrusion or the like, or what is formed from an inorganic material into various arbitrary shapes by extrusion, press molding, autoclave cultivation and the like, and further, as the backing material 2, aluminum evaporated paper, asbestos paper, kraft Paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe,
Pb, Cu), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, glass fiber nonwoven fabric, etc.
It is made of a sheet or a sheet obtained by laminating two or more kinds or a waterproof or flame retardant treatment. The core material 3 is made of a synthetic resin foam such as a polyurethane foam, a polyisocyanurate foam, a phenol foam, a vinyl chloride foam, a polyethylene foam, a polystyrene foam, and a urea foam. If necessary, a resol-type phenol stock solution, a curing agent, and a foaming agent are mixed, and the mixture is discharged onto the back side of the front surface material 1 or the back surface material 2 and heated to react, foam, and cure. It is. In the core material 3, light-weight aggregates (pearlite grains, glass beads, gypsum slag, talc stone, shirasu balloon, aluminum hydroxide, etc.) and fibrous materials (glass wool, rock wool, carbon fiber, (Eg, graphite) to improve fire resistance and fire resistance. Of course, an inorganic material such as rock wool, glass wool, or ceramic wool may be used as the core material 3. In the figure, the step 7 is provided with the insertion edge 6 on the female connector 5 side.
However, the space 8 may be formed in the connecting portion by forming it on the male connecting portion 4 side. The step 7 is for forming a space 8 in the connecting portion shown in FIG. 2. By forming the space 8, the occurrence of a capillary phenomenon in the connecting portion is suppressed, and rainwater or the like is formed inside the connecting portion. This is to prevent intrusion into the skeleton α. The above is only one embodiment of the building panel according to the present invention, and FIGS. 3 (a) to 3 (f) to FIG.
It can also be formed as shown in (a) to (h). 3 (a) to 3 (f) to 14 (a) to
(F) is sectional drawing which shows the other example of the panel A for construction. FIGS. 15 (a), (b) to 17 (a),
(B) is sectional drawing which shows the construction state of the building panel A shown to Fig.14 (a)-(f). FIGS. 18A and 18B show a building panel A on which a waterproof material 9 such as a sealing material, a packing material, a caulking material or the like is formed. FIGS. 19 (a) to 19 (h) show the decorative board 1 on the surface of the surface material 1 through an adhesive, heat fusion or self-adhesion.
0 is a building panel A in which 0 is formed. The decorative board 10
Examples include a ceramic plate, a synthetic resin plate, a wooden plate, and the like. As described above, according to the building panel of the present invention, since the steps are formed so as to form a space in the connecting portion of the building panel, waterproofness, airtightness,
Etc. are improved. There are features and effects such as.
