A container that is placed in an inverted position, sprays a cleaning liquid into the container to perform cleaning, and then, after draining the cleaning liquid inside the container, rotates the gripper in the opposite direction to return the container to the upright position and take it out. In the step of discharging the cleaning liquid during the washing step, the gripper is reversely rotated from the inverted position of the container to the upright position, and then rotated again to the inverted position.

。FIG. 9 and FIG. 1O show a mechanism for raising and lowering the nozzle (10). There is a shaft (
48) is rotatably supported and rotated by a predetermined angle by a rotary actuator (50). Sprockets (51) are fixed to both ends of this shaft (48), and a vertical elevating plate (54) is attached to a chain (52) wound around each of these sprockets (51).
are connected. A liquid supply pipe (12) having the above-mentioned nozzle (10) is attached between the lower ends of both lifting plates (54), and by rotating the shaft (48) with the rotary actuator (50), the nozzle is opened. (
A liquid supply pipe (12) equipped with lO) is raised and lowered. In addition, (5
6) is a guide roller that guides the lifting plate (54) up and down. If the container (4) to be washed is large as shown on the left side of Figure 9, raise the liquid supply pipe (12) slightly from the lowest position (shown by the imaginary line in Figure 9). In the case of a small container (4S) shown on the right side of the figure, the container is raised higher to perform washing. Note that a stopper (58) is provided to stop the washing machine at each washing position. The liquid supply pipe (12) is also provided with a nozzle (59) for cleaning the mouth of the container (4) from the outside.

a) is in an upright position with the side facing upward (position A in Figure 1)
. Next, the rotating shaft (8) is controlled by the motorized reducer (6).
Rotate the gripper (2) and container (4) 180 degrees.
(position C in Figure 1). At this position, spray the cleaning liquid from the nozzle (lO) into the container (4) to clean the container (4).
4) Clean the inside. Conventionally, the container (
4) After draining the liquid inside, the container (4) was returned to state A, so the liquid that had entered the handle (4b) of the container (4) was not drained and remained. In the example method, the rotating shaft (8) is reversely rotated by 90 degrees to place the container (4) in a horizontal position (position B in FIG. 1) and then again in an inverted position.

The operation of raising the container (4) after washing is as shown in Figure 1.
The angle is not limited to this angle, and for example, it is possible to return to the position A or select other angles. Also, C
