Claims (1)
- 制御対象物を搭載した走行体を往復動自在にガ
イドするガイド手段を設け、前記制御対象物を前
記走行体上で走行体移動方向に沿う方向に回動駆
動させる微小距離駆動部材を設け、前記制御対象
物の移動状態の直交度に対する変位量を常時検出
する直交度変位検出手段を設け、この直交度変位
検出手段の検出出力に基づき前記微小距離駆動部
材をフイードバツク駆動し前記制御対象物の直交
度に対する変位量を零にさせる制御手段を設けた
ことを特徴とする走行体駆動装置。
