生し、この再生クロツク信号から作成したＮＴＳ
Ｃ方式固有の内部同期信号が前記入力テレビジヨ
ン信号から実際に抽出した対応の同期信号と同期
関係にあればＮＴＳＣ信号の検出信号を出力する
ＮＴＳＣ信号検出系とを備えたことを特徴とする
