    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ヒーターが設置されたトンネル内をプリント基
    板搬送用のコンベアが走行するリフロー炉におい
    て、冷却ゾーンには予備加熱ゾーンと本加熱ゾー
    ンを走行するコンベアと同一方向に走行する冷却
    ベルトが設置されており、しかも該冷却ベルトに
    は冷却ベルトを冷却するための冷却装置が設置さ
    れていることを特徴とするリフロー炉。
