Claims (1)
- 蒸気はんだ付けをしようとするプリント基板の
温度を、あらかじめ所定の温度まで上げるプリヒ
ート機構において、加熱部を上部加熱部と下部加
熱部に分けて前記プリント基板の進行方向に平行
に配置し、前記上部加熱部、および前記下部加熱
部を別個に温度制御を行なう制御部を有すること
を特徴とする蒸気はんだ付けのプリヒート機構。
