用開口のドアを閉じた状態の左側面図であり、第
５図は、第４図の要部拡大図である。第６図は、
本考案に従う真空成形多段プレス装置の別の一例
を示す背面図である。 １０：真空ケース、１２：熱板、１４：多段プ
レス装置、１８：正面ドア、２０：固定盤、２２
：可動盤、２６：フレキシブルチユーブ、２８：
ジヨイント、３０：作業用開口、３２：ドア、３
４：シール材、３６：ボルト（ストツパ手段）、
３８：ヒンジ、４０：係合ブロツク、４４：ロツ
ク金具。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 固定盤に対する可動盤の圧締操作に基づいて、
    それら固定盤と可動盤との間に配設されたプレス
    板間において所定の被加工物をプレス成形せしめ
    るようにしたプレス装置を、所定の真空ケース内
    に収容し、該プレス装置に対して、正面ドアで開
    閉される該真空ケースの正面開口を通じて、前記
    被加工物およびそのプレス成形品の出し入れを行
    なうようにした真空成形プレス装置において、 前記真空ケースの背面および両側面のうちの少
    なくとも一面に作業用の開口を設けて、該作業用
    開口を片開き式のドアにて開閉するように為すと
    共に、該ドアと前記真空ケースとの相互に対面す
    る部位の一方に、前記作業用開口の全周に亘つて
    位置するように、シール材を配設して、該ドアの
    閉位置において該シール材がそれらドアと真空ケ
    ースとの間で挾圧せしめられるように為す一方、
    それらドアと真空ケースとの間に、該ドアが該真
    空ケースに所定の距離以上接近することを阻止し
    て、該シール材が一定量以上圧縮されることを阻
    止するストツパ手段を設けたことを特徴とする真
    空成形プレス装置。
