々本体１に設け、一方、容器３内でパン生地を練
り、発酵させ、かつ、焼成する一連のパン製造工
程を自動的に行うものにおいて、前記のヒーター
５や、フアンモーター６の異常温度上昇時に作動
する温度過昇防止装置１０をヒーター５の近傍に
して、かつ、フアンモーター６停止時に前記のヒ
ーター５によつて異常過熱する位置に設けたこと
を特徴とする自動製パン機。 (2) 前記の温度過昇防止装置１０をヒーター５
の近傍にして、かつ、前記の冷却用ははね１２に
よつて冷却される位置に設けたことを特徴とする
