自在に取り付けられた容器と、この容器内で回転
してパンの材料を撹拌する練り羽根と、この練り
羽根の動力源たる練りモーターと、パンの生地温
度を直接又は間接的に検出する温度検出手段とを
備えた自動製パン機において、前記焼成室２内に
ヒーター１０を設けるとともに、焼成室２内の空
気を循環させるためのフアン１２を設け、更にこ
のフアン１２を収納し、空気の流れを整流するた
めのフアン・ケース１３を上記焼成室２内に設け
