パン生地３ａを練り、発酵させ、かつ焼成する一
連のパン製造工程を自動的に行なうものにおいて
、室温を検知する室温検出器９を設け、この検出
器９の検知結果を入力するとともに室温が低温時
の場合のみ練り時間及び発酵時間を他の室温の場
合よりも長く設定する機能を有するマイクロコン
ピユーター回路８と、この回路８を介して通電制
御を行なう加熱部材６，７と、駆動モーター４と
を本体１内に設けたことを特徴とする自動製パン
