Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the material loss and improve the reliability by folding one end section of a rectangular plate-shaped contact piece raw material in the perpendicular direction with respect to the other end section at the length center section and integrally forming a fixed terminal section and a movable contact piece section. CONSTITUTION:A band-shaped hoop material 1 is cut in the width direction to form a contact piece raw material 2 having a fixed terminal section 3 and a movable contact piece section 4 continued perpendicularly. One end section of this contact piece raw material 2 is folded in the perpendicular direction to the other end section along a folding line 5 at the length center section, folded portions are overlapped to form a movable contact piece having the fixed terminal section 3 and the movable contact piece section 4 continued perpendicularly. Accordingly it can be manufactured without requiring the caulking work as the conventional example, the deformation and deviation of precision and unstable contact state due to the caulking work do not occur, a movable contact piece with high reliability is obtain, and the material loss can be nearly eliminated because the contact piece raw material has a rectangular shape.

A contact member 71°71 is disposed at the tip of a base material 70 made of a wooden board, and a fixed terminal 8 is connected at right angles to the base end of the movable contact piece 7 via a caulked portion 9. ing. In order to produce such a movable contact piece 7, the fifth
As shown in the figure, a plurality of fixed terminals 8 are connected and held at equal intervals between lead frames 6, 6, and formed by punching.
Forming a movable contact piece 7 having a support part 72 at the force tip,
The base end of the movable contact piece 7 is placed on the fixed terminal 8 and on the support piece 61 integral with the tip beam frame 6, and both are fixed by caulking. After that, both ends of the fixed terminal part 8 and the supporting part 72 of the movable contact piece 7 are connected to the broken line 6 in the figure.
By cutting along the cutting lines 2 to 64, a connected body of the movable contact piece 7 and the fixed terminal 8 shown in FIG. 4 is obtained.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> In the above manufacturing method, the fixed terminal 8 is attached to the lead frame 6.
Since the lead frame 6 is formed by punching while leaving the lead frame 6, there is a disadvantage that there is a large amount of material loss in the lead frame 6, and furthermore, the movable contact piece 7 is deformed and the dimensional accuracy is lost due to the caulking fixation. Furthermore, if the caulking described above is insufficient, there is a problem that the contact between the movable contact piece 7 and the fixed terminal 8 becomes unstable.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the movable contact piece of the present invention has the following features:
One end of a straight plate-shaped contact piece material is folded back in the direction perpendicular to the other end at the center of its length to integrally form a fixed terminal part and a movable contact piece part.

Effect> In the movable contact piece of the present invention, the fixed terminal portion and the movable contact piece portion are formed in series by bending the contact piece material, so the conventional crimping work is omitted.
This eliminates problems such as deformation, loss of accuracy, and contact stability caused by caulking. In addition, since the contact piece material has a straight shape, there is almost no material loss due to punching as in the conventional method, making it possible to reduce costs.

First, in the first step, the strip hoop material 1 is cut in the width direction along the chain line in the figure to form the contact piece material 2 in which the fixed terminal part 3 and the movable contact piece part 4 are straightly continuous (Fig. 2.3). ). Next, in the second step, one end of the contact piece material 2 is folded back at right angles to the other end along the fold line 5 at the center of the length, and the folded portions are overlapped and fixed as shown in FIG. The terminal portion 3 and the movable contact piece portion 4 form a movable contact piece continuous at right angles.
