However, in this method, the contact material 2 is complicated to be welded to the contact piece 1, a process such as positioning of parts with high accuracy is required, and a cost is required, and the surface of the contact material 2 is required in this welding process. The electrodes move to
There is a problem that the contact surface of the electrode becomes rough and the contact reliability is impaired. Further, since the contact material 2 has a certain height, the contact material 2 (precious metal) is required for the height,
There is also a problem that the cost increases accordingly.

EXAMPLE FIG. 1 shows a contact piece according to the present invention applied to a movable contact piece having a twin structure. The tip of a conductive plate-shaped metal base material 10 made of phosphor bronze or the like is divided into two parts. It is folded back, and the contact materials 11, 11 such as gold and silver (the opposite contact material is not shown in FIG. 1) are projected on the surface of the folded portion and the surface on the opposite side.

Here, the manufacturing process will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 2, the contact materials 11, 11 are provided on the surface of the wide base material 10 and in the shaded area in FIG. Is the contact material 11, 11 provided as a composite material by the clad method or the inlay method,
It is provided flat on the surface of the base material 10 by a plating method. next,
The base material 10 is cut as shown by the chain double-dashed line in FIG. 2, and the contact material portion is projected from the back surface and projected to the front surface side, and the contact surface is constituted by the projected surface.

Fig. 3 shows this state from the back side.
The divided pieces of the base material 10 are folded back in the direction of arrow A around the one-dot chain line in the figure, and the overlapping portions of the divided pieces are fixed by spot welding. As a result, the movable contact piece shown in FIG. 1 is completed, and the contact materials 11, 11 project in opposite directions on both surfaces of the base material 10 at the same position.

Similarly, the fixed terminal is provided with a contact material 16 made of gold, silver or the like on the surface of the conductive plate-shaped metal base material 15 by clad, inlay or plating, and the contact material portion is projected from the back surface and projected to the front surface side. It is a thing. The contact points 11 and 16 are brought into contact with each other at their tops facing each other.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, a contact material such as gold or silver is flatly provided on the surface of a conductive plate-shaped metal base material by inlay, clad, plating, or the like. Since the contact material part is projected from the back surface and the contact is composed of the protruding surface,
It is possible to omit a welding process which is complicated and has high precision in positioning parts and the like and which is also costly, and the transfer of electrodes and the roughness of the electrode contact surface are eliminated, so that the contact reliability is improved. In addition, the height of the contact material can be secured by the protruding base material portion, and the use of the contact material (noble metal) can be reduced accordingly and the cost can be reduced.

さらに、接点の裏面は凹状となっているため、放熱面

Further, since the back surface of the contact is concave, there is an advantage that the heat dissipation area is increased and the heat dissipation effect is good.
