Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ブラケツトに固定されたケースと、このケース
の内部空間を圧力室と大気室とに区画するダイア
フラムと、このダイアフラムと大気室を形成する
ケース底面間に装着され該ダイアフラムを付勢す
る戻しばねと、このダイアフラムに固着されると
共に大気室を通りケース及びブラケツトを貫通し
て外部に突出した作動ロツドと、ケースの作動ロ
ツド貫通部分に設けられ大気室に塵埃が侵入する
のを防止する防止部材とを備えたダイアフラム式
アクチユエータにおいて、 前記ケースの作動ロツド貫通部分に小径段部及
びこの小径段部と同心の大径段部を形成し、 この小径段部に防塵部材を装填すると共に防塵
部材を止める押さえ板を大径段部に載置し、該押
さえ板を前記戻しばねにより大径段部に圧着し、 かつ前記ブラケツトに前記小径段部が嵌挿され
る嵌合孔を形成したことを特徴とするダイアフラ
ム式アクチユエータ。
