ム内に流入する焙煎熱気の流入量が規制されても効率よ
く焙煎し得るようにすると共に、この焙煎熱気の流入量
規制によって焙煎時における煙及び臭気の発生量を極減
せしめて脱臭室(5)の脱臭効率の向上及び寿命の長期
化に寄与せしめるようになし、さらには、焙煎室(2)
の断熱性による保温性の向上によって、熱源(7)の燃
費節約にも寄与しえるように構成する。排煙路(4)は
、焙煎室(2)の断熱材(201)を貫通して排風機室
(6)K達するが、その途中に脱臭室(5)を配設し、
焙煎ドラム(3)で発生した焙煎時の煙及び臭気などが
脱臭室(5)を通過しえるように構成する。脱臭室(5
)は、箱形に成形して1側壁下部に排煙路(4)に連通
せしめる、煙及び臭気などの取入口(501)を開設し
、他側壁上部に排煙路(4)に連通せしめる排出口(5
