- 丸棒リードを上下型からなる治具にシリコンゴ
ムを介し締め付けて組立を行なう半導体装置にお
いて、前記上型治具を前記丸棒リードに沿つて延
ばしかつ前記丸棒リード形状に沿う半円形の溝を
設けたことを特徴とする半導体装置組立治具。
