Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ガスタンク本体の上方開口部へ気密に一体
    化させたタンク上蓋と、該タンク上蓋内に一体成
    形された上方開口の嵌合凹部と、該嵌合凹部の底
    面中央に開口され前記ガスタンク本体内に通じる
    透孔と、前記嵌合凹部に圧入されたバルブと、該
    バルブの下方に配置されて開弁時に一定量のガス
    を透過させるフイルターとを備えてなる無調整バ
    ルブにおいて、前記透過フイルターは、合成樹脂
    材からなる環状スペーサーの下端面に熱圧着、超
    音波溶着若しくはインパルス溶着により固着させ
    ると共に、該環状スペーサーを前記嵌合凹部内に
    圧入して前記透過フイルターを前記透孔の上面に
    装着させ、かつ、前記バルブは、下端部が前記環
    状スペーサー内に嵌入されて前記透過フイルター
    の上面にバルブ底を接触状態に配置させると共に
    、前記バルブの下端外周に嵌挿させたＯリングが
    前記環状スペーサーの上端縁及び前記嵌合凹部の
    内壁面に接合して脇方向からのガスの流出を封止
    させたことを特徴とする無調整バルブ。 (2) 前記透過フイルターは上面に不織布が貼着
    されると共に、前記バルブ底が前記環状スペーサ
    ーの下面より下方へ突出するよう嵌入されて前記
    透過フイルターを緊張させ、かつ、前記ガスタン
    ク本体内に通じる前記透孔を微孔径としたことを
    特徴とする請求項１記載の無調整バルブ。
