Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate generation of a bank and to prevent flawing of the surface of a sheet forming roll by mixing manganese ferrite which is MnFe2O4 in the form of the main compd., thermoplastic resin or natural and synthetic resin, etc., and forming the mixture to a sheet of a suitable thickness. CONSTITUTION:The manganese ferrite which is MnFe2O4 in the form of the main compd., the thermoplastic resin or the natural and synethetic rubber, etc., are mixed and the mixture is formed to the sheet of the suitable thickness. The manganese ferrite to be mixed with the thermoplastic resin or the natural and synthetic rubber, etc., has the high sp. gr. of the compd. itself and an a sound-proof, vibration-proof and sound-shielding effect and has no toxicity; therefore, said ferrite has no adverse influence on the human body and since the grain size thereof is small, the ferrite can be easily mixed with the thermoplastic resin, etc., and the incorporation hereof at a high ratio is possible; in addition, the mixed state in which said ferrite is uniformly mixed is obtd. Generation of the bank of the manganese ferrite at the time of molding the sheet is thereby obviated and the surface flaw of the sheet molding roll is prevented.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] The conventional sheet-shaped insulation/sound insulation material mixes particles of lead, iron, sand, etc., cotton, etc. with thermoplastic synthetic resin. If the mixture is lead, there is a risk of lead apricots being produced in the human body, and if the mixture is made of granules such as iron or sand, the particle size is large and the specific gravity varies widely.

If you try to combine a large amount of sand, the thickness of the Ikioi sheet will increase, and it will also be difficult to mix it in a uniformly dispersed state within the sheet, resulting in uneven soundproofing and soundproofing effects. There are problems such as salt damage when mixed with iron powder, rust when iron powder is used, and lead and iron during manufacturing.

[Residential use] Manganese ferrite, which is mixed with thermoplastic synthetic resin or natural/synthetic rubber, has a high specific gravity and has soundproofing, vibrationproofing, and soundproofing effects, and is nontoxic, so it does not cause any harmful effects on the human body. Since the particle size is small, it is easy to mix with thermoplastic synthetic resins, etc., and it is possible to mix a large amount, and a uniformly dispersed mixed state can be obtained. There is no risk of damage to the surface of the sheet forming roll.

This manganese ferrite is mixed with thermoplastic synthetic 1M4 resin or natural/synthetic rubber, but among such materials, polyvinyl chloride resin is particularly preferred because it is inexpensive and can be molded with a low specific gravity. It is easy to prepare and can be mixed with a large amount of manganese ferrite. In addition, an appropriate amount of other synthetic resin may be used in combination with the polychloride and the Neil resin.

In addition, if necessary, in addition to manganese ferrite alone, other metal particles with high specific gravity that do not affect the human body (human body) may be used together. However, the amount of such other metal particles used is limited. It is necessary to use a smaller amount than that of manganese ferrite. The reason is that if the amount used is larger than that of manganese ferrite, workability and uniform dispersibility will deteriorate and the cost will also increase.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the soundproofing/soundproofing material according to the present invention is produced by mixing manganese ferrite whose main compound is MnFe2O4, thermoplastic synthetic resin acid 1, natural/synthetic rubber, etc. to an appropriate thickness. Since manganese ferrite is mixed with thermoplastic synthetic resin or natural/synthetic rubber, this compound itself has a high specific gravity and has soundproofing, vibrationproofing, and soundproofing effects, and is also non-toxic. It has no harmful effects on the human body, and its small particle size makes it easy to mix with thermoplastic synthetic resins. Furthermore, since there is no puncture of the manganese ferrite during sheet forming, there is no risk of damaging the surface of the sheet forming roll, and there is an effect that the sheet forming roll can be obtained at a lower cost.
