Sheet-like vinyl monophonic material and manufacturing method thereof

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a single layer structure of a high density vinyl monolayer obtained by the present invention.

2 is a graph of the monotone effect measurement of the high-density vinyl monophonic material obtained by the present invention.

The present invention relates to a sheet-like vinyl short material and its manufacturing method.

Conventionally used monophonic materials include gypsum board, plywood or glass wool, but the former gypsum board and plywood are used as interior materials of buildings because they are difficult to deform, and their use is limited. If used alone, the glass wool is scattered around and harmful to the human body. For this reason, the above-mentioned monophonic material has low efficiency in construction work and requires skill. In addition, in order to prevent noise, the walls are thickened, or the glass wool styropol, plywood, plaster board, etc. are laminated to minimize noise. However, when these materials are used, the walls are thick and the available space is narrow and lamination is not easy.

On the other hand, a monotone material using excellent shape deformation ability of PVC has been attempted in recent years. For example, after application of PVC, antimony trioxide and bromine mica are mixed at an appropriate ratio to form a sheet having a thickness of 2-5 mm, and then a non-flammable adhesive is applied to a release paper to adhere to the inner and outer circumferential walls of the apparatus body. There was one thing, but the sound effect was not good.

As a result of earnestly studying the vinyl monophonic agent made of PVC mentioned above, the present invention has a resonance phenomenon due to the formation of bubbles or voids when the sheet is extruded onto a sheet, which causes a serious obstacle to the monophonic effect. It was found that the desired effect could not be achieved unless it had a thickness greater than a certain amount. In addition, the vinyl monophonic material is expected to have a wide range of uses because of its excellent shape deformation ability, but if the thickness is thick, the usable space becomes narrow, and it is difficult to laminate with other materials, and also a problem that increases the manufacturing cost.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a sheet-like vinyl monophonic material and a method for producing the vinyl monophonic material in which the production of bubbles or voids is suppressed in molding the vinyl monophonic material in order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks.

Accordingly, in the present invention, tin peroxide, zinc oxide, carbon black, barium sulfate, lead oxide, calcium carbonate, and titanium are mixed alone or in combination to form a sheet having a thickness of about 0.5-1.0 mm. After manufacturing the vinyl paper, the laminated vinyl paper was laminated on the front and back surface with an aluminum thin plate interposed therebetween to form a sheet-like vinyl monophonic material having a thickness of 1-1.2 mm as a whole.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail by way of examples.

1]Example 1

P-4000-5000 high-density fillers alone or in combination with high-polymerization PVC such as tin peroxide, zinc oxide, carbon black, barium sulfate, lead oxide, calcium carbonate, titanium, etc. In order to mix 100 parts by weight and prevent workability deterioration, 1-5 parts by weight of titanium phosphate was added as a dispersant and melt kneaded in a closed kneader at a pressure of 4-10 Kg / Cm 2 for 2-10 minutes, followed by a rolling mill of 4 rolls. A 0.04-1.0 mm thick vinyl sheet is extruded at a pressure of 5-45 Kg / Cm 2 and a temperature of 150 ° C-200 ° C. Subsequently, using a plywood device, a thin metal plate of 0.05-0.1 mm is inserted between the sheets of plastic paper and laminated through a heating drum of steam of 3-10 Kg / Cm 2 with an air pressure of 2-7 Kg / Cm 2 . The sheet-like vinyl monophonic material of thickness was obtained. The surface of the vinyl monolayer thus obtained exhibited a mode of suppressing the generation of bubbles and voids by the high specific gravity filler. The sheet-like vinyl monophonic material obtained by the above method has a single layer structure in which a high density vinyl layer (2) (2 ') is laminated on the front and back surfaces of the metal thin plate (1) using aluminum hydroxide as shown in FIG. Here, the high-density vinyl layer 2 on the surface side may be embossed to form the uneven surface 3 which induces reflection and scattering of sound. As a result of measuring the acoustic transmission effect of the vinyl monophonic material obtained in this way, as shown in FIG. 2, when the center frequency was set to 100 Hz, an excellent effect of 21 dB was obtained, and the shielding ability against high frequency was significantly improved compared to the conventional product. Shows. In addition, it is assumed that the vinyl monophonic material of the present invention is used as a building interior material, and mixed with a conventional gypsum board or spiropol.

The present invention, in addition to the monolayer structure of the vinyl mono-acoustic agent obtained by the above-described embodiment, is produced by adhering a nonwoven fabric to the back side of a sheet of vinyl paper, or interposing a sound absorbing material such as glass wool between the two sheets of vinyl paper, It is also possible to manufacture a single-layered structure that can be used as wallpaper or interior wall material of buildings by laminating and bonding a sheet of metal.

Vinyl monophonic material obtained by the present invention is excellent in shape changeability, but the thickness is thin, but the sound shielding effect is excellent, so as a noise preventing means for shielding the noise generating part in transportation means such as automobile ship or as a noise shielding means of a house building. It can be utilized, and its construction is easy, so the work can be easily obtained.
