2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, veneer plywood and other plywood have been widely used as building materials such as flooring materials and ceiling materials. Although a device for forming a sponge layer or a styrofoam layer between plywood sheets has been proposed (Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 58-191216), it is not possible to prevent plywood-specific warpage even if it is lightweight and elastic. , Strength was not stable. Further, the polystyrene foam alone is brittle even if it is relatively thick, and has a problem in strength.

In the resin lightweight laminate according to the structure of the present invention, a polystyrene foam interposed between two layers of an extruded low-foam styrene-based resin sheet alternates in the direction formed by the extrusion stretching. To compensate for each other ’s directions, prevent warpage,
In addition, warpage can be corrected. In addition, the polystyrene foam can also exhibit the effects of lightening, cushioning, soundproofing, moistureproofing, and heat insulation. Further, it can be formed into a woodgrain appearance by using a low-foamed extruded styrene resin plate.

Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Reference numerals 1 and 2 denote extruded low-foam boards made of a styrene-based resin, which are foam boards in which a large number of extruded foamed strand-like strips are fused to each other. 3,4,5,6
Indicates a four-layer polystyrene foam interposed between the two plywood plates 1 and 2. The polystyrene foams 3, 4, 5, and 6 are formed by alternately combining the directions formed by extrusion and stretching such that one is vertical A and the other is horizontal B as shown in FIG. 2, for example. It is. The extruded low-foamed board may have a wood grain pattern printed on the surface.

For example, when the application is a concrete construction panel, the size is about 1000 × 2000 mm, and when it is small for other applications, it is cut and used. In the figure, four layers of polystyrene foam were interposed between the layers of the plywood.
It may be carried out in layers or more, in which case it is necessary to interpose the directionality formed by extrusion stretching alternately vertically and horizontally.

In some cases, the extruded low-foamed plates 1 and 2 are crossed with each other so that the directions of the strips cross each other so that the directionality can be offset more. Incidentally, as the polystyrene foam, one that does not show good secondary foamability after a long period of production can be suitably used. Specific examples of the present invention are described below.

[0009] Four polystyrene foams (trade name: Eslen Sheet-manufactured by Sekisui Chemical Co., Ltd.) having a thickness of about 1.4 mm and a specific gravity of 0.08 were used, and their directions were crossed and bonded together. An extruded low-foam board made of a styrene-based resin is laminated and integrated above and below the foam layer. This low-foam plate is formed by extruding a large number of strips in a strand shape and fusing them together to form a plate shape. The extruded low-foamed board is a trademark: Sekisui Shinki (manufactured by Sekisui Chemical Co., Ltd.) 4.0
Those having a thickness of mm and a specific gravity of 0.41 are preferred. The adhesive used was a trademark: Esdine 235L (manufactured by Sekisui Chemical Co., Ltd.) as an adhesive.

[Effect of the Invention] According to the structure of the present invention as described above, it is suitable as a building material such as a floor material, a wall material, and a ceiling material, particularly as an interior panel or a concrete construction panel of a concrete building.
Since the directionality formed by the extrusion stretching is alternately arranged vertically and horizontally, the polystyrene foam is interposed between two layers of the extruded low-foamed styrene resin plate having a woodgrain appearance, and thus has the following effects. Compared to veneer plywood, even plywood of the same strength can be sufficiently reduced in weight and can have cushioning properties. It is possible to prevent and correct the warpage that easily occurs in the plywood. The soundproof, moistureproof and heat insulating effects can be improved. Resource saving of natural wood can be realized (40% or more). Cutting is easy. Recycling is easy because of the lamination of styrene resins.
