Sex is not enough. Further, although organic halides are often used as flame retardants, foamed resin plates containing such flame retardants have the disadvantage of generating harmful gases when burned.

る。The flame-retardant foamed resin board of the present invention is manufactured by injecting a mixture prepared by dispersing and mixing foamed resin beads into the above-mentioned composition into a mold, or by spraying it onto a metal plate, wooden plywood, etc. However, in this case, the mixture is sufficiently stirred to entrain air into the mixture and foam before being injected or sprayed.6 Note that the stirring time and stirring speed depend on the amount of air entrained in the mixture. Although it differs depending on the situation, stirring is usually employed at 50 to 1000 rpm for about 5 to 30 minutes. Here, the amount of air entrainment is determined by the density of the final cured product being 0.
.. 2-0.9g/aI? (Incidentally, when the above-mentioned compound is cured without involving air in this way, the density is usually 0.6 to 1.1 g/
a+l). When a mixture containing air is allowed to stand still, this mixture (the above-mentioned composition) is self-hardening and hardens in a foamed state with air voids formed by the trapped air.

A resin plate with laminated face materials as shown in the figure can be obtained. In addition, when the above-mentioned compound is cured on a plate material (face material), it has self-adhesive strength and has high adhesive strength to metals, etc., so that it can be bonded and integrated without using an adhesive.
