Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 チユーブ状フイルムＦ内に等間隔に設けた多
    数の被包装物Ａ，Ａ…を両側からサイドベルト１
    ０，１０，１１，１１…で挾持して運搬すると共
    に、前記サイドベルトの途中に、下側の刃物１２
    と上側の逆溝形のギロチン１３とからなる切断機
    構１８を設け、該切断機構でもつて前記の各被被
    包装物の間でチユーブ状フイルムを切断し、この
    切断したフイルムの２つの端Ｆ１，Ｆ２を、前記
    刃物１２の前後の第１吸引チヤンバー１４と第２
    吸入チヤンバー１５とのそれぞれの上向きの吸入
    口１９，２０内に吸入し、各被包装物の進行方向
    に向かつて前記刃物１２の手前側の第１吸入チヤ
    ンバー１４内に吸入したフイルムの端Ｆ１は、被
    包装物Ａの走行によつて、また同刃物１２後方の
    第２吸引チヤンバー１５内に吸入したフイルムの
    端Ｆ２は、第２吸引チヤンバー１５を取巻くよう
    にして回転する回転体１６の動力でもつてそれぞ
    れ被包装物Ａの下面に折曲げるようにした包装装
    置において、前記第２吸引チヤンバー１５におけ
    る吸入口２０から後方に向かつて形成したチヤン
    バーの天板面２７に多数の空気噴出穴２８，２８
    …を形成し、該天板面２７の下側に仕切り板２９
    を介して第２吸引チヤンバーの真空通路と隔離し
    た空気室３１を形成すると共に、該空気室３１に
    エアポンプを連結して前記天板面の空気噴出穴２
    ８，２８…から空気を吹きだすようにした包装装
    置。 第２吸入チヤンバー１５の吸入口２０に、上
    面に多数の空気吹出し穴３４，３４…を形成した
    蓋板３３を設け、該蓋板内の中空部とエアポンプ
    とを圧空ライン３５を介して連結し、前記空気吹
    出穴３４から空気が吹出るようにすると共に、前
    記圧空ライン３４中に介設した開閉弁４３の操作
    部４４と前記蓋板３３を開閉する連接棒４０とを
    連繋し、切断機構１８がフイルムＦを切断する動
    きと連動して前記連接棒４０が蓋板３３を開放す
    る動きでもつて前記開閉弁４３を閉鎖するように
    したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載の包装装置。
