Ｏリング、３：本考案冷却装置、７：ペルチエ効
果素子、１１：断熱材、４，４ａ：外壁板材、８
：冷却プレート、１２：防塵フード、５：放熱フ
イン、９：高伝熱性筒状ホルダー。

Claims (1)
- ペルチエ効果素子の吸熱側に被冷却体が装着さ
れ、ペルチエ効果素子の放熱側に放熱器を備えた
電子冷却装置において、前記ペルチエ効果素子の
吸熱側に固着された高伝熱性筒状ホルダーと、該
筒状ホルダーの外周を覆う断熱材と、前記筒状ホ
ルダーの中空部に挿脱自在に嵌合する光電センサ
ーとからなる光電センサー用の電子冷却装置。
