Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 対象物体から放射された赤外線エネルギーを透
    過させるフイルターと、表面が黒体化された熱の
    良導体からなる受熱板と、該受熱板に固定された
    感熱素子とを有する赤外線検出器において、前記
    受熱板のアルマイト加工による黒体化処理を施し
    て全表面あるいは板面に絶縁皮膜を形成し、該皮
    膜上に前記感熱素子と併設してヒータ素子を直付
    けしたことを特徴とする赤外線検出器。
