Claims (1)
- 誘電体を挾む電極の一方は誘電体側の面に複数
の土手状突起が設けてあり、該突起の先端は誘電
体に接するか或いは極めて接近し、該突起間の凹
部と前記誘電体との間に形成されるトンネル状空
間を原料及び生成物流路兼放電空間とした放電反
応装置において、前記電極の土手状突起の高さを
１．０乃至２．３mm、土手状突起のピツチを３乃
至３０mm、土手状突起の長さを１４〜１２０mm、
土手状突起の断面形状を頂角９０乃至１３５°の
三角形又は頂角６０乃至１３５°で稜線の半径３
乃至５mmのコニーデ火山形としたことを特徴とす
る放電反応装置の電極。
