Claims (1)
- 誘電体一対と、長さ方向の一方端に徐々に広が
つた間隔毎に複数の凸状突出部を設けた一対の金
属箔を用い、前記誘電体と金属箔を交互にしかも
前記凸状突出部を同一方向に位置させかつ一対関
係にさる前記凸状突出部がそれぞれ相重なること
なく積層し、前記凸状突出部間隔の狭い方から巻
回し、前記凸状突出部を巻回体の一方端面から対
向させ一対形状として導出したことを特徴とする
箔電極形コンデンサ素子。
