本発明は、上述した問題点を解決すべく提案されたもの
で、掘削した竪穴内の補修箇所を簡単に清掃した後、直
ちに瞬間接着剤や、錆および鋳鉄と確実に接着する嫌気
性樹脂などの合成樹脂系のプライマを塗布し、その後シ
ール用カバーを被包して確実な密封補修を行なえるよう
にした地下布設管の外面補修工法を提供することを目的
とするものである。
上記目的を達成するために、本発明は、地下に布設され
た既設配管等の管継手部を、掘削により地上に開口した
竪穴内に露出させ、その露出部の外側に袋状のシール用
カバーを被包してカバーと管体との間にシール材注入用
の環状空間を形成し、この空間にシール材を充填し固化
させて管体のシールすべき箇所を外部より密封補修する
工法において、上記竪穴内に露出した管継手部の周囲に
付着している土砂、鎖等を概略除去し、上記管継手部の
周囲にシール用カバーを被包する工程の前に接着性、浸
透性、硬化性の優れたプライマを塗布してなることを特

上記管継手部2の補修に際しては、まず管継手部2の位
置を検知し、竪穴3を掘削し、この竪穴3内に布設され
ていた管継手部2を中心に前後の導管1の周囲を露出さ
せる。
次に、竪穴3内に露出した上記ガス導管1の管継手部2
の周囲に付着している土砂は、ブラシやサンドペーパー
等により除去されるが、従来のようにサンドブラストを
用いて丁寧に清掃することなく、大ざっばな泥落し、錆
落しが施される。
次に、上記管継手部2の周囲には、接着性、浸透性およ
び硬化性に優れ、管継手部2の錆および鋳鉄管とキレー
ト反応を起す瞬間接着剤と呼ばれる嫌気性樹脂などの合
成樹脂系のプライマ4が塗布される。そして、管継手部
2の部分が袋状のシール用カバー5により被包される。
上記シール用カバー5は、ファスナ付の気密性織布など
で成形され、シール材注入管6と、空気抜き管7が設置
されており、上記空気抜き管7が管継手部2の真上に位
置するように位置決めして被包される。

ール材8を注入して本補修が行なわれ、シール材8の硬
化が進んだ後、シール用カバー5を注入管6、空気抜き
