図面中、２４は車両、２５，２６はチエーン、
２８は油圧シリンダ（流体圧シリンダ）、２９は
床面、３０は固定部材、３１はシリンダチユーブ
、３２はピストン、３３はピストンロツド、３４
は圧縮ばね（付勢部材）、３７はオイルダンパ調
整絞り弁、３８はパイプ（バイパス路）である。
