記第1の圧力室の容量を増加させ、前記第2の圧
力室の容量を減少させる方向に移動したとき、第
2のピストンが前記第3の圧力室の容量を増加さ
せ、前記第4の圧力室の容量を減少させる方向に
移動し、第1のピストンが前記第1の圧力室の容
量を減少させ、前記第2の圧力室の容量を増加さ
せる方向に移動したとき、第2のピストンが前記
第3の圧力室の容量を減少させ、前記第4の圧力
室の容量を増加させる方向に移動し、これらの第
