する油圧力をパイロツト圧力として導入し前輪の
操舵方向及び上記パイロツト圧力に応じて上記油
圧アクチユエータ側の油路と上記第1の油圧ポン
プ側の油路との連通状態を制御するよう構成され
た操舵制御バルブ、及び上記油圧アクチユエータ
と上記第1の油圧ポンプとを接続する油路に上記
操舵制御バルブと直列に配置されると共に、車速
に応じた油圧を発生する第2の油圧ポンプから供
給される油圧力をパイロツト圧力として導入して
作動し、このパイロツト圧力の上昇と共に前輪の
操舵に対する後輪の操舵方向が逆相方向から同相
方向に変化するよう上記油圧アクチユエータ側の
油路と上記第1の油圧ポンプ側の油路との連通状
態を制御するよう構成された位相制御バルブを備
