Claims (1)
- 入力電圧が所定の値以下に低下したときにパル
ス幅制御回路への給電を停止する入力電圧低下保
護回路を備えたスイツチング電源回路において、
該保護回路が、エミツタを入力電源に接続しコレ
クタをパルス幅制御回路に接続し、かつベースを
抵抗とツエナーダイオードの直列回路を介して接
地したトランジスタと、該トランジスタのベース
・エミツタ間に接続した抵抗で構成されているこ
とを特徴とするスイツチング電源回路。
