第１図は本考案の一実施例を示すモールド電動
機の要部分解斜視図、第２図は同じく他の実施例
を示すモールド電動機の要部分解斜視図、第３図
は従来型のモールド電動機の要部分解斜視図、第
４図は他の従来のモールド電動機の要部分解斜視
図である。 同図中、１はステータ、２はステータコア、３
はインシユレータ、４はエンドブラケツト、５は
係止爪、６は保持縁、７はボス、８は取付け穴、
４１はフランジ部、４２は切り欠きである。

図である。 同図中、１はステータ、２はステータコア、３

係止爪、６は保持縁、７はボス、８は取付け穴、
４１はフランジ部、４２は切り欠きである。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 分割形成されたステータコアにコイルを巻
装し、これを合成樹脂等の絶縁素材によつて一体
的にインサート成形してステータを構成してなる
モールド電動機において、上記ステータコアのイ
ンシユレータに複数の係止部材を突設し、同係止
部材をモールド体の両端に突出させ、同係止部材
にエンドブラケツトを取付けてなることを特徴と
するモールド電動機。 (2) 係止部材として、ステータコアのインシユ
レータに複数の係止爪を形成し、同係止爪をエン
ドブラケツトに引掛ける様にして、これを固定し
てなる請求項１記載のモールド電動機。 (3) 係止部材として、ステータコアのインシユ
レータに複数のボスを突設し、同ボスをステータ
に取付けられるエンドブラケツトの外側に導出し
、その先端の熱変形によりこれを固定してなる請
求項１記載のモールド電動機。
