Claims (1)
- 搬送機構により搬送されてきた基板を、成膜装
置内の基板ホルダ上に保持するための成膜装置用
基板保持機構であつて、前記基板ホルダに固定さ
れ該基板ホルダ上の基板を押圧する基板固定部材
と、昇降可能であり、かつ前記基板ホルダに形成
された貫通孔を該基板ホルダ裏面から挿通可能な
作動ロツドを有し、該作動ロツドを昇降させて前
記搬送機構に対する基板の着脱を行うとともに、
前記基板固定部材の基板押圧又は押圧解除を行わ
せる基板着脱装置とを備えたことを特徴とする成
膜装置用基板保持機構。
