Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 浮上用電磁石を有するキヤリアと、該キヤリア
の両側壁に設けられた開口を貫通し、一端が作業
室に連通したシールパイプと、該シールパイプ内
に前記浮上用電磁石の磁力により浮上し、かつ搬
送アームを備えた浮上体と、前記キヤリアを前記
シールパイプの軸方向へ移動するための搬送機構
とからなり、前記キヤリアを移動させてシールパ
イプ内の浮上体を移動させ、作業室内での搬送ア
ーム上の被搬送物を所定位置へ搬送する磁気浮上
搬送装置において、 前記キヤリアは前記シールパイプの軸方向に着
脱自在に分割されていることを特徴とする磁気浮
上搬送装置。
