部中央に接続されて収容されている基板と、 一方の端面が接手を介して基板のＵ字形の各端
部および前記圧電素子の他方の端部と接続されて
いる１対のレバーアームと、 細長い板状で、側面から見たとき皿形になるよ
うに２個所で折曲げられ、長手方向両端部が各レ
バーアームの他方の端面に支持されている梁とを
有する圧電素子変位増幅機構。
