    アームと、該レバーアームの先端にブリツジ状に
    接続した変位増幅手段としての梁とから構成した
    圧電素子変位増幅機構において、前記梁とレバー
    アームの締結用に梁の両端に設けられた孔が少な
    くとも一方が長孔であることを特徴とする圧電素
    子変位増幅機構。
