前記カム軸の軸心まわりに前記円周カムと一体的
に回動されるピニオンギヤと、前記カム軸ととも
に回転され、かつ遠心力によつて前記カム軸の径
方向に移動するとともに、前記ピニオンギヤに歯
合するラツクを有した遠心おもりとを備え、前記
エンジンの回転数の増減によつて前記遠心おもり
を適宜移動させ、前記ピニオンギヤを介して前記
カムを前記カム軸に対して回動させるようにした
