Claims (1)
- 表面をエツチングして中心にメサ部を有するダ
イアフラムが形成され、このダイアフラムを形成
する凹部に連通するように形成された溝を有する
シリコンからなる第１の基板と、この第１の基板
の表面に重ねて固定され、前記メサ部の中心と前
記溝の位置に合わせて流体通過用の貫通孔が形成
されたガラス材からなる第２の基板と、前記ダイ
アフラムの近傍に前記第１、第２の基板を貫通し
て配置されたピエゾアクチユエータと、このアク
チユエータを弾性部材により支持し前記第２の基
板側に引寄せるための支持部材と、前記アクチユ
エータの位置を規制する規制手段と、前記アクチ
ユエータの一端に固定され、前記第１の基板の裏
面から前記メサ部を押圧する押圧部材とを具備し
たことを特徴とするマイクロバルブ。
