第３図は、本考案のガスフイルターに用いるシー
ル部材を示す斜視図、第４図は、シール部材の他
の実施例を示す斜視図、第５図は、本考案による
ガスフイルターを備えたフイルター装置の一部を
断面で示した図である。 １０，２０…セラミツクハニカム状構造体、１
２，２２…ガス流通孔、１３，２３…セラミツク
膜、１４，２４…セラミツク構造体の外周面、２
５…セラミツク膜、１７，２７…シール用部材。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 多数のガス流通孔を有するセラミツクハニカ
    ム状構造体と、そのセラミツクハニカム状構造体
    のガス流出側の端面に設けたガラスシール膜と、
    前記ガス流通孔の内面に設けられた微細なセラミ
    ツク膜と、前記セラミツクハニカム状構造体のガ
    ス流入側の端面にガラスで接着されたシール用部
    材とを備え、前記シール用部材は前記セラミツク
    膜の気孔径よりも小さい緻密質セラミツクで構成
    されていて、しかもそのガス流入側の端面に溝状
    のガス通路が設けてあり、このガス通路を通り導
    かれたガスを前記ハニカム状構造体の外周面から
    前記ガス流通孔に通過させることを特徴とするガ
    スフイルター。 ２ 前記セラミツクハニカム状構造体の外周面に
    、前記ガス流通孔の内面に形成したセラミツク膜
    よりも若干粗いセラミツク膜を形成した請求項１
    記載のガスフイルター。 ３ 前記シール用部材を構成する緻密質セラミツ
    クが重合百分率９９．５％以上のＡｌ２Ｏ３であ
    ることを特徴とする請求項１又は２記載のガスフ
    イルター。
