ことなく前記測圧部内に同心的に配置され前記一
端面に底面が気密接合されたアダプタと、このア
ダプタの底面で前記低圧側導圧路と連通しアダプ
タ内部を経て両鍔部間の側面に開口した連通孔と
、このアダプタの頂面に設けられた凹部およびこ
の凹部の底部と両鍔間の側面との間を連通した導
圧孔と、このアダプタの両鍔部に両端部を外嵌し
気密接合された筒状弾性体と、このアダプタの凹
部に気密に嵌合され中心貫通穴を有するセンサ土
台と、このセンサ土台の頂面にダイアフラムの凹
部を向けて気密接合された感圧素子とを具備した
